Consultations and information are available in 13 languages.

Consultations are offered on everyday living, as well as labor, immigration and legal matters.

Basically upon request from municipality (prefectural/city/town office), hospitals and public institutions in the prefecture, Saitama Information & Support provides intermediary interpretation services between office staff and foreign residents over the phone.

English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Nepali, Russian, Ukrainian, and easy Japanese
