Office Hours and Phone Reception Hours will be Changed

Starting from Monday, February 2nd , 2026 

8:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  (Before change: 8:30 a.m.- 5:15 p.m.)

■ Followings are the relevant facilities:  

 ・City Hall Main Building

 ・Kenko Fukushi Kaikan (Health and Welfare Center)

 ・Department of Waterworks

 ・Branch Office (KIBOU-no Sato Koryu Center)

 ・Liaison Offices (Waseda, Takano,Togasaki)

■ Sunday Services reception hours will be changed as well.

 1. Change of Address, Seal Registration, and Certificate Issuances such as

     a  copy of Resident Record etc.
