Bon dance: from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

 DJ & bubble shower time: from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Bubble area: 

Fluffy bubbles will be falling from giant bubble machines.

• Enjoy the shower of bubbles with the music played by a guest DJ!

Gourmet area:

Many of the summer’s classic, food stalls will be set up alongside food trucks.

• Different food tracks are coming on the 22^nd from the 23^rd.

Beer Garden area:

A Beer Garden area will be set up in an open-air space.   

Ennichi   (Japanese-style street fair) area:

There will be traditional game booths that are fun for both children and adults.  

• The area will be open between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and the lineup of booths on the 22^nd and the 23^rd may change.

(Please buy a ticket to enter the ennich area at the ticket booth. Tickets will be sold from 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., but the ticket booth will close once all tickets are sold out.)

• Per income levy rates, per capita levy amount, and taxable income limit will be raised.
• In accordance with the amendment of National Health Insurance Act in Japan, a new tax bracket ‘Children and Childrearing support portion’ will be introduced starting from FY 2026 and the total of the four tax brackets will constitute the annual tax amount.
• National Health Insurance tax will increase approximately 20 % compared to before the revision.

 This childcare support program is available for all childrearing families regardless of the guardians’ employment status, etc. aiming to support all children’s development by offering high-quality environment for their growth.

 Children aged 6 months to under 3 years who are not attending any one of the child care institutions, etc. (e.g., child care centers, Certified Centers for Early Childhood Education and Care [ECEC centers], local child care providers [small child care institutions], child care services at workplace) (Eligible for use until two days before the child’s 3-year-old birthday).

 Up to 10 hours per child in a month with a minimum of 1 hour and additional time of every 30 minutes of use.)

In general, 300 yen/ hour (150 yen/ 30 min.) *Fees may vary from institution to institution where you use.

Make your own kite and join us for the Japan kite Flying Festival on Sunday, the 11^th !

 Please come and enjoy the sight of unique kites from all over Japan it the sky. If you made your own kite the day before (at the kite-making workshop) or have a kite from your own country, please bring it along!

• Place: Edogawa Riverbed (Near the north of Nagareyama Bridge) 
• Access: Around 10 min. walk from JR Misato Station 
• No application required and free of charge (Just come and see the event.)
